PINK PEPPERCORN PEAR GIN
Pompadour
1 1/2 oz. Pink Peppercorn Pear Gin
1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
3/4 oz. Egg White
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake until tin frosts. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dash of bitters
Sideways Sidecar
1 1/2 oz. Pink Peppercorn Pear Gin
3/4 oz. Orange Liquor
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake until tin frosts. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
Huckleberry Gin Fizz
1 oz. PPP Gin
1 Bar Spoon Huckleberry Jam
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Combine all ingredients, except Soda, in cocktail shaker with ice, shake until metal frosts. Strain into a Collins glass over new ice. Top with Soda water, garnish with Lemon Slice
Pink Lady
1 1/2 oz. PPP Gin
1 oz. Heavy Cream
1/4 oz. Grenadine
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake until metal frosts. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with three drops bitters, pulled with toothpick to create hearts.
Gin Press
1 1/2 oz. PPP Gin
Soda Water
Lemon Lime Soda
Combine Gin and equal parts of each Soda over ice. Garnish with Lime.
Blueberry Mule
1 1/2 oz. PPP Gin
1 oz. Blueberry Syrup
4 oz. Ginger Beer
Fresh Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients in a copper mug or Collins glass, add ice and garnish with lime wedge.
WA Casino Royal
1 ½ oz. Pink Peppercorn & Pear Gin
1 oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Cherry Chello
¼ oz. Lemon Juice
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake until in frosts. Double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist.
Million Dollar Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. PPP Gin
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth (optional)
1/2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Egg White
2 dashes Grenadine
Build in cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until tin frosts. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with Orange Peel.
Gin Colada
1 1/2 oz. PPP Gin
3/4 oz. Cream of Coconut
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3 1/2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
Build in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until tin frosts. Pour over new ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with Pineapple Slice.
