Hibiscus Coconut Rum

 

 
 

Tropical Blossom

  • 1 1/2 oz. Hibiscus Coconut Rum

  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz. Hibiscus Tea

  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

  • 3/4 oz. Egg White

    Combine all ingredients into shaker and dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake until tin frosts. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dash of bitters

Hibiscus Hemingway Daquiri

  • 1 1/2 oz. Hibiscus Coconut Rum

  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice

  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

  • Bitters

  • Lime Wheel

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake until metal frosts. Strain into chilled coupe glass, garnish with lime wheel and a couple drops of bitters.


Caribbean Breeze

  • 1 1/2 oz. Hibiscus Coconut Rum

  • 3 oz. Pineapple Juice

  • 3/4 oz. Cranberry Juice

  • Lime Wedge

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake until metal frosts. Strain into Collins glass over fresh ice, garnish with lime wedge.

Bearded Clam

  • 1 1/2 oz. Hibiscus Coconut Rum

  • 10 Mint Leaves

  • 4 Lime Wedges

  • 1 oz. Red Passion Fruit Syrup

  • 1 oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 oz. Soda Water

  • Raspberries

Muddle mint leaves (save two for garnish), lime, Hibiscus Coconut Rum and syrups in cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until metal frosts. Pour entire contents into double old fashioned glass, top with soda and garnish with mint and a few raspberries. *This cocktail is adapted from the recipe book, Liquid Vacation: 77 Refreshing Drinks from Frankie's Tiki Room in Las Vegas. Arguably one of the best tiki cocktail books in print.


Montana Stormy

  • 1 1/2 oz. Hibiscus Coconut Rum

  • 4-6 oz. Your Favorite Ginger Beer

  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • Lime Wdge

Combine all ingredients in a copper mug or Collins glass, add ice and garnish with lime wedge.

Basil Cucumber Mojito

  • 1 1/2 oz. Hibiscus Coconut Rum

  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

  • 3 Fresh Basil Leaves

  • 3 Cucumber Slices

  • Soda Water

Muddle 2 cucumber slices and 2 basil leaves in a Collins glass with simple syrup. Add Hibiscus Coconut rum and fresh lime juice. Top with soda, garnish with remaining cucumber slice and basil leaf.


Is it Summer Yet? Chai

  • 1 1/2 oz. Hibiscus Coconut Rum

  • 4-6 oz. Hot Chai Tea prepared with Milk

Prepare and heat your favorite chai tea, add to Hibiscus Coconut Rum in your favorite mug. Relax and enjoy.
