Cucumber Gin

Cucumber Basil Gimlet

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber Gin

  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime

  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

  • 3 Basil Leaves

  • 3 Cucumber Slices

Muddle lime and simple with basil leaves and cucumber. Add gin and ice, shake vigorously. Double strain into coupe glass.

Farmer's Daughter

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber Gin

  • 4 -6 oz. Rosemary Infused Lemonade*

  • 3 Cucumber Slices

Gently Muddle 2 cucumber slices in a Collins glass, fill with ice and add Whistling Andy Cucumber Gin and lemonade. Stir and garnish with additional cucumber slice.

*Infuse lemonade by inserting 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary into 1 gallon of lemonade for 20 minutes.


Kappa Sour*

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber Gin

  • 1/2 oz. Whistling Andy Moonshine

  • 1 Egg White

  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup

  • 4-5 slices Japanese Cucumbers

  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • Bitters to garnish

Muddle cucumbers & add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake, then shake with ice until tin frosts. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with bitters.

Pepino Pina Colada

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber Gin

  • 3/4 oz. Cream of Coconut

  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • 3 1/2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until tin frosts. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.


Herbivore

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber Gin

  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar

  • 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar

  • 3-4 Slices Cucumber

  • Bitters for garnish

Gently muddle cucumber slices in cocktail shaker with agave nectar, lime juice & balsamic vinegar. Add ice & cucumber gin, shake until tin frosts, strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with cucumber wheel & 3 drops of bitters.

Cucumber Gin Bloody Mary (Trust us on this)

  • 1 oz. Cucumber Gin

  • 1/2 oz. Worcestershire

  • 1/2 bar spoon Tabasco

  • 1/2 bar spoon Horseradish

  • 3 shakes Celery Salt

  • 1 bar spoon Olive Juice

  • 3-4 oz. Tomato Juice

Fill a Collins glass with ice, add all ingredients and transfer to a metal shaker. Half rim the Collins glass with Salt. Transfer back to rimmed glass. Garnish with your favorites!


Bee's Knees

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber Gin

  • 3/4 oz. Honey Syrup

  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice, shake until tin frosts. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist.
